CCRPI is the Georgia Department of Education’s “comprehensive school improvement, accountability, and communication platform,” according to GaDOE. The single score runs from 0 to 100 and is built from content mastery, progress, closing gaps and readiness, plus graduation rate for high schools. Georgia does not publish an A-to-F letter grade for schools in its 2025 data.

Georgia Milestones end-of-grade tests (grades 3-5), 2025, share of tested students at each of the two top levels:

Subject Proficient Distinguished
English language arts 13.6% 0%
Math 6.1% 0.7%

Attendance zone

Zones are set by the Richmond County School System and do not follow neighborhood lines or city limits. Check any address in the district’s School Zone and Bus Stop Locator. The district does not publish a feeder list; the feeder schools below come from that locator, which we checked at about 1,200 points across Richmond County on Oct. 6, 2026. Glenn Hills Elementary students go on to Glenn Hills Middle and Glenn Hills High.

Under the district’s 2026 facilities master plan, Barton Chapel Elementary was to close at the end of 2025-26 so its building could be torn down and replaced; it is no longer in the district’s directory or zone locator. Most Barton Chapel students attend Glenn Hills Elementary, where portable classrooms were added, and two pre-K classes went to nearby schools, the FAQ says. On March 25, 2026, the board named the new school Chapel Hills Elementary, with a Raptors mascot, according to a district release. On April 21, 2026, it approved a $33.3 million construction bid for the school, which will copy the design of Richmond Hill Elementary, and a $593,601 project to prepare the Glenn Hills site for temporary classrooms, according to another release. The 2025 state enrollment figure above is from before the consolidation. The district’s master plan page has the hearing recordings and updates.
